Conceptual Mobile Game Design

ScamWars is a concept mobile game that helps players learn about online scams in a fun and engaging way. It mixes strategy, teamwork, and deception to create a game that both entertains and teaches. The main idea is simple: some players are Scammers, others are Civilians, and everyone must use clues and social interaction to win.

The game encourages players to spot deception, build trust, and make smart decisions. It also raises awareness about how digital fraud works in real life.

My role: UX/UI Designer
Tools used: Figma, Procreate

What I Did for the Game Design

As the designer, I created the full user experience and interface for the app. This included:

• I made sure every screen was clear and easy to use. As a result, players can move through the game without confusion.
• I designed the full interface, from onboarding and dashboards to chat.
• I built wireframes and made both low and high-fidelity prototypes. These helped test how users interact with it.
• I developed a simple and consistent visual style. This style reflects the themes of mystery and online deception.
• I designed character cards, task screens, and pop-ups that guide players while playing.
• I focused on making navigation smooth and intuitive. Therefore, users can focus on the story, not the interface.
• I added storytelling elements into the design. This helps players feel more connected and engaged.

Overall, I aimed to make the design fun, clear, and educational. While the game is fictional, it is based on real problems people face online today. Because of that, it has the power to both inform and entertain.
